Starting with TB75.0 beta1 the 'Message Filters' menu item disappeared from the hamburger menu.
It's been there for ages, and should be restored.

It's not gone it's now in Tools, see bug 1619731.

Indeed, but having Filters underneath Tools isn't intuitive at all. It isn't a change I appreciate, and it will almost certainly trigger a lot of support requests when this hits the release version.

Filters seems like a tool to me, and it's been under Tools for the normal menu since forever.
