As soon as practical, we should stop supporting python 2 in mozregression. Python 2 doesn't support glean_sdk (= no telemetry) and adds to our maintenance burden.
Since the GUI now builds on top of python 3, I think we can do this once the mach integration is fixed (bug 1616584).

Let's do this now, it's proving too complicated/annoying to implement telemetry in a way that preserves python 2 compatibility.
