We're going to need a service account, and then I think some work on our end done through that account, to set up a Telegram bridge for the Reps community (communities?) that still rely on Telegram to connect with Mozilla and each other.

If we can do this, we need some sort of controls on participation that go above and beyond our usual SSO/FxA process.

Help me out here, I thought Telegram was already bridged (bringing in a lot of unnecessary users circumventing limits on telegram bridges elsewhere??

I would push back on this with the fear that we might not be prepped to handle the added issues that may come, but I'll let you make the call on that..
