In bug 1621740 we are going to get all Tier 1 tests to pass with desktop zooming enabled, and subsequently enable desktop zooming by default on the nightly channel.

There is also some work that needs to be done to get the combination of desktop zooming and fission working (and therefore to get tests to pass with both options enabled). This bug tracks that work.

I'm going to close this tracking bug because I don't think it adds much value.

  • Known issues with the combination of Fission + desktop zooming are tracked independently (e.g. bug 1518908).
  • Enabling Fission in the various test suites is tracked independently (e.g. bug 1561972 for mochitests).
