Steps to reproduce:
Open an RSS entry with a long title.
Actual results:
Wrapped title pushes the link down, but the header box doesn't expand to accommodate. There is a pixel or so at the bottom that allow it to be clicked. Possibly related to bug#1616764, which fixed the wrapping problem.
Expected results:
Header pane expanding to show all data.

The severity of these bugs was changed, mistakenly, from normal to S3.
Because these bugs have a priority of --, indicating that they have not been previously triaged, these bugs should be changed to Severity of --.
