Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, access https://www.twitch.tv
2. Click on any stream and wait for the page to open;
3. Scroll down so that the small video player is displayed;
4. Hover over the video so that the pip toggle button is dispalyed;

Expected result

• elements are properly displayed;

Actual result

• top close overlay - [x] button is overlapping the pip-toggle button;

Regression range

• will provide one asap;
