Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020615
Debian/1.0.0-3
BuildID: 1.0.0
My copy of Mozilla normally starts with the sidebar displaying the
bookmarks. When I select the "Search" or "History" tabs, a spurious
request is made to "http://find/". This URL appears in the location
bar, and of course the main display shows a DNS error, since there
is no machine named "find" in our local network.
The Search and History tabs work fine after that.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
This is going to sound so jerky:
1. Start Mozilla.
2. Click on Search or History tabs.
Actual Results: A new URL tried to get loaded; the appropriate DNS error gets
displayed. The sidebar tab is displayed properly, though.
Expected Results: Nothing apart from the sidebar tab changing.
should be fixed in builds from June 27th and later.
