Steps to reproduce:
WebM videos freeze after tab change and back after to tab
Actual results:
The video will be frozen, audio will play. After couple of seconds video will synchronize with audio.
Expected results:
The video and audio should play normally after switch tab.
After switching to another tab and e.g. being on it for 1 minute and returning to the tab and the player the picture is standing and the sound works sometimes it takes 2 seconds and sometimes 10

Hi, what video you watch has this kind of issue? I can't reproduce this issue on latest Nightly on OSX.
In addition, would you mind to try if this issue can be reproduced when you use a fresh profile or watch video in the private window?
