1624273 - Filters getting erased everytime thunderbird is closed

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:74.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/74.0

Steps to reproduce:

After setting up all the mail filters, they work flawlessly while thunderbird is opened

Actual results:

After restarting thunderbird, or the computer for that matter, all my filters get erased, having to be setup all over again

Are you using any security and/or anti-virus software? Wondering aloud if those programs are locking down the preferences files.
