Hey Serge,

I tested this issue with the latest Nightly 76.0a1 (2020-04-05), the beta 75.0 and the release 74.0.1 versions but couldn't register properly. After the confirmation email is recdeived and the account activated the credentials are not recognized. Though i did access the site in example and there were no load issues.

Can you retest this while in Safe Mode. You can find helpful info here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode .

Also a fresh new profile could help. You can find more about creating a new profile here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile .

If possible, you can test this issue on the nightly build as well. Download the build from : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/ .

Hi Andrei,
I :
1/ restarted Firefox (74.0.1) in safe mode from command line (firefox -safe-mode) and from the browser itself without extension. The result is same as described in the bug I have reported.
2/ refreshed my Firefox profile. Nothing changed. Same bug with a page that does not end to refresh when when loading the online form.
3/ finally, I tested 1/ and 2/ with a freshly installed nightly build of Firefox (76.0a1) and the bug is persisting.

To reproduce the issue, you do need to reach the online application page (which never stops reloading).

Serge

serge, did this used to work in older versions of Firefox?

I can't seem to create an account for that web site. It just refuses to accept the form I filled.

Hi,
honestly, as far as I remember, it worked on version of Firefox dating from 2015 when I applied for an internship.
Since that period, I only tiried recently.

I don't now what's happening.
