Upon migration, set the 4.x default mail server and default news server to default status in seamonkey. How that all works is still TBD (alecf).

I'm going to migrate the default mail server in 4.x to the 5.0 default account (using nsMsgAccountManager::SetDefaultAccount) for now, the default news server will not migrate.

if you used imap in 4.x, it sets your default server in 4.x as your default account in 5.0 if you used pop or movemail in 4.x, it sets your pop or movemail server as your default in 5.0 seeking PDT+ blessing. migration bugs are bad, as we expect users to migrate once.

This looks like it's ok using: 2000-02-23-08 m14 commercial builds on linux rh6.0, NT 4.0 and Mac OS 9.0 After migration: 1. default account as it was set in 4.x is popped to the top of the folder pane list in mail window. 2. no indicator is available (yet) in the account manager dialog as to which account is deemed the default 3. mail.accountmanager.defaultaccount pref is set to account1 and account1 properly tracks to the intended default server. Let me know if there's any other indication I should be looking for.
