Once the CSS Layout API Level 1 is implemented, support for it should be implemented in the DevTools as well.

(Incomplete) list of feature ideas:

• Auto-completion of registered layouts when editing values in the Rules panel
• Allow to get from the value within the Rules and Computed panels to the declaration in JavaScript within the Debugger panel
• Support within the Layout panel (what exactly, TBD)

No clue if this is something we plan to implement, but we should follow the blocker
