Scrolling this SVG image (at 300% zoom) checkerboards badly with basic compositing and gets worse after enabling WebRender, which also janks. Chrome handles it pretty easily.

So this is bad because there's a bunch of clip paths (We're spending a bunch of time in PopLayer). However it's worse than it should be. I'm not sure why.
