Hello,

Tested on both Debian 10 with Orca master and Windows 10 with NVDA latest snapshot.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch a screen reader (here on Linux Orca or NVDA on windows)
  2. Open about:addons and press tab once

Result:
The screen reader tells "extension 0".

Expected result:
The screen reader should only read "extension" as "0" is not present visually.
