Firefox doesn't show any indication of loading in pop up window

Steps to reproduce:
I oppened a page on my site that is a popup window and it doesnt show any indication of loading
Actual results:
When the page loads it doesnt how waiting for (website name) or when i click search button it doesnt show the page is busy loading
Expected results:
Should show the page is loading when a post/get action is in process
The bug is when you open a popup window that loads long it doesn't show any indication that the page is loading in version 73 it did show in the bottom left corner that the page is waiting for(website) and in the latest update it doesn't show this anymore. except in non popup windows

Why is this notable : We have a few pop ups on our site that don't have any indication that they are loading when in fact they are loading.On Chrome and other browsers the pages show they are loading its only in the recent update of Firefox that it doesn't show it anymore. On the previous version it did show you the page was busy loading. We have users that are currently complaining about the issue because they don't know if the page is loading when they click and button and then they click it again which isn't optimal.

Hello,
It's an expected behavior for browsers to paint the website before all resources have loaded.
Could you please show a screencast of the issue and provide a link to the affected website?

This is what the web page should display it does show it on every other browser. It shows on the main website but as soon as we open a pop up browser it doesn't display it anymore. Unfortunately our website is an internal website so can't access it if you're not part of the company.

Can you please provide me an url where you encounter this issue? Also please update to the latest versions of Firefox and check if it still occurs.
Also please can you test the issue while in Safe Mode. You can find helpful info here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode .

If possible, you can test this issue on the nightly build as well. Download the build from : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/ .
