Once we can be reasonably confident that bug 1570487 won't break addons, we should let it ride the trains. (Blocking the Fission bug because this is a step towards making Fission and non-Fission behavior consistent.)

This has been on Nightly for almost a year and I don't think we've
seen any breakage, so I think it is time to let it ride the trains.
