I am using a dongal offered by the company. Even though Microsoft edge allow access to google.com, Mozilla browser is not responding when clicking 'Accept the risk and continue' button.

Can you clarify what a dongal is? You mean a USB key to connect via mobile?

If you click on View Certificate, what do you see? That looks like a security software on your computer. Do you have firewall/antivirus installed?

It seems that he can't even visit the support website about this issue from Firefox. I think that this would require either opening a separate issue or changing the title.
