Please try with Firefox running in safe mode. You could do that from about:support page (just paste the address in the urlbar).

Hi,
I am not able to replicate the issue. I've tried on: windows 10 pro
On the following versions:
Release 74.0 (64-bit)
Beta 75.0b11 (64-bit)
Firefox Nightly 76.0a1 (2020-03-31) (64-bit)
Does this happen 100% of the times? I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing.
Please test if the issue occurs to you in safe mode (add-ons disabled). Here is a link that can help you do that:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
If the issue persists, also test it using a fresh profile, you can find the steps to do that below:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
Also, try this on the latest version of nightly. You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/
Thanks for the report.
Best regards, Clara.

Hi,
I'm marking this as Resolved-Incomplete due to lack of response. If the issue is still reproducible with the latest Firefox version, feel free to reopen the bug with more information.
Regards, Clara.

Sorry for the long delay in responding. This does seem to be caused by the uBlock Origin add-on.
It is sufficient to add the download page to the uBlock exception list to restore the display of the signature.
I would resolve/INVALID but I'm not sure what the correct procedure is in cases where an add-on is to blame.
