[Steps to reproduce]

1- Launch the Firefox Browser and reach any website.
2- Start RDM (Ctrl+Shift+M)
3- Hover over camera button
4- Tooltip "take a screenshot of the viewport" is displayed
5- Hover over touch simulation button
6- Tooltip "enable/disable touch simulation"
7- Hover over the device list button or gear button.

[Expected result]
Would be nice that all options had a tooltip.

[Actual result]
No tootlips are displayed. These are the only options with no tooltip at all.

This issue also happens in imdb website, when watching a video. (rewind 10 seconds and fullscreen buttons show a tooltip, but volume and play buttons won't)

Ah, yes it would certainly be helpful to have a tooltip describing the devices dropdown list. Thank you for identifying this!
