This bug covers overall content updates to the help for the next release. Please
file separate bugs if you notice specific content that is missing or wrong that
needs to be updated.

For the next release, the Help files need updating to match changes in the UI,
functionality changes, and other routine content changes and additions. The
files will be checked in on an as-needed basis to Mozilla.

The content files are mostly either HTML or GIF. There are also some RDF files
for the TOC that contain content. We'll check in updates for these content files
on the basis of r=oeschger, without further approvals, as we
have done in the past. 

Other changes to RDF and XML files related to the underlying help system
mechanism (as opposed to content) are also covered by this bug, but require the
usual approval process, including sr.

Update to Shortcuts section of Help: Under Mail shortcuts, please add that you
can hold down Shift while clicking "Get Msgs" button to get all new messages
from all your accounts.

stuff. brought over from commercial and converted.
