When I attempt to copy text from an e-mail: "Rdg_Asgn.doc", the text is pasted
instead as "9."


Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copy text from an e-mail.
2.Attempt to paste the text.

Actual Results:  Incorrect text was pasted.

Expected Results:  Pasted properly copied text.
Chris, please indicate how you attempted to copy and paste the text (using
Edit/Copy, right-click/copy, Ctrl-C, or some other method).  Also please
indicate whether the email message was formatted with plain text or HTML text.
