[Steps to reproduce]

1- Visit youtube
2- Open RDM and make sure that touch simulation is deactivated
3- Hover on play button (or any button)
4- Tooltip is displayed and correctly positioned.
5- Activate touch simulation
6- Hover on play button (or any button)

[Expected result]
Tooltip should be displayed and also be correctly positioned.

[Actual result]
Tooltip is displayed but not correctly positioned.

Because this bug's Severity has not been changed from the default since it was filed, and it's Priority is P3 (Backlog,) indicating it has been triaged, the bug's Severity is being updated to S3 (normal.)

I'm not able to reproduce this issue in latest Nightly 79.0a1 (2020-06-22) anymore. Could it have disappeared due to another fix?

Thanks, Clara for trying to reproduce this again. I'm not able to reproduce this either using the above STR you provided. For now, I think we can resolve this issue as fixed, but let's re-open if we see this issue again!
