If check_for_crashes finds no minidumps, there is no output; that seems fine, but it makes it harder to debug situations like bug 1625888, where we expect a minidump but no crash is reported: Is that because no minidump was generated, or because check_for_crashes was not called?

Add a line of output whenever check_for_crashes is called (unless suppressed with
quiet parameter). The dump directory seems like the most important thing to report.
