Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox, with a fresh profile; access https://outlook.live.com/
- Log in with a valid account;
- Size the browser on half your screen;
- (optional) Click on the Search button;
- Click on the Skype icon;
Expected result
- Skype web.app properly loaded;
Actual result
- Skype widget is loaded in a separate frame as well;
- after trying to re-open the frame is blank
- cleared by a page refresh;
Regression range
- will try checking for one asap;

I can reproduce this, with slightly modified STR:
- Login to https://outlook.live.com/
- Click inside the search input or perform search
- Click on the Skype icon
It happens in Firefox, Chrome and Safari, so this is an issue on the Outlook side. I'll reach out to the Outlook team to see if they can fix this
