The currently vendored rust_cascade library uses a hashing algorithm that is unfit for the blocklisting use case (bug 1620621).
https://github.com/mozilla/rust-cascade/pull/22 adds support for sha256 (in a way that is backwards-compatible with the current CRLite client), so once that PR has been merged and a new version has been published, we should update the vendored rust_cascade.
