User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:74.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/74.0

Steps to reproduce:

Opened email (opens in seperate window, not in TBird main window).

(Not sure category is correct - General is not a drop-down option)

Actual results:

The email opens a window that is 1363x1495 px.
If I resize it smaller and close, then re-open it reverts to larger depth than the screen can accomodate.
This has been happening since update to 68.x, currently running 68.6.0 (Portable)

Expected results:

After resizing, I would expect subsequent opening of emails to retain the size of the last viewed email. It always used to retain previous window size in previous version 60.x

I have exactly this problem, as well. If I shut down Thunderbird, edit the saved message window position and size in xulstore.json, then restart Thunderbird, the new message window position and width are used, but the height always gets reset to 1261, and is thus too tall to fit on the screen. I don't have any extensions installed at all, and it also does this in safe mode.
Thunderbird 78.6.1 (32-bit) on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
