Tooltip (i.e) title of text or any field is getting trimmed after certain characters

Steps to reproduce:
just enter long characters in an input field for firefox.
Maybe more than 200 characters having a title attribute.
The tooltip is not shown exactly and instead is trimmed.
Refer tot he screenshot tooltip value and the actual value entered was "1121111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111asawqwasas"
Actual results:
the tooltip does not contain the exact text as the input field.
Expected results:
the tooltip should contain the exact text as the input field.
Please mention if there is any solution to that...
Or whatever can be done

Not a security bug.
Can't reproduce on macOS - a plain text input doesn't come with such a tooltip by default (try with data:text/html,<input> - just copy/paste that into the location bar, then enter loads of text). Unless this is somehow a Linux-specific oddity, I expect it's a bug in the software used in the screenshot - though there probably are limits on the length of text we'll show in a tooltip, too.

Of course it is not an security issue..

I can reproduce on nightly76.0a1 Windows10, but not on Ubuntu18.04.

Please reply if there is any resolution or not ... More and more comments and updations are not the solution.
If there is no resolution firefox has been able to fix then also please mention in comments.
We can wait for the update but please be transparent about the issue.

I was able to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly version 76.0a1 Build ID 20200406092400, Beta Versión 75.0b10 BuilID 20200326191140 and Release Firefox Version 74.0.1 Build ID 20200403064753 on Windows 10, using this example:
data:text/html,<input title="dasdasssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssad2321321esadsadqwe213421edsdq2edsaddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd">
I've also tested on Chrome and tooltip is showing complete.
I attached files whit evidence and I changed flags accordingly.
