When I visit this page I get a 'blank' window.
It does show with Netscape 4.x.

The <HEAD> contains a <NOFRAMES> tag that isn't closed. Mozilla will show the
page after removing the <NOFRAMES> tag.

Maybe we should autoclose open <noframes> on </head> ?

The page shows fine using linux build 2002-08-13-08... Looks like the
<noframes> got removed.
