STEPS:

If you select a carriage return before a URL
Paste into URL bar
Hit return
The URL will load correctly.

OBSERVED:
However, the URL bar will display a blank line

EXPECTED:
URL bar should strip the whitespace, both because it should display the URL, and
because it should display the URL it sent to necko (unless Necko is doing the
correction...)

copy from here->
file:///C:/Program%20Files <- to here.

NOTES:
Leading spaces are removed (try " file:///C:/Program%20Files" and you'll see it
work correctly.

What I want is RFC 1738 compliance, not just the carriage return issue in that bug.

If you can confirm that the report doesn't apply to current SeaMonkey 2.x nightly builds, please set it to the appropriate RESOLVED state (WORKSFORME, INVALID, WONTFIX, or similar).
