To have probe expiry alerting automatically create bugs for expiring probes we need a bugzilla account to use. Telemetry client team seems to be the best to own this account. We'll just need an api key for the account to put into airflow and that should be good.

What work do we need to do here? Is this a bug for Bugzilla::User Accounts instead?

Yes this is the wrong place for this but it looks like Bugzilla User Accounts is for bugs relating to the website so it isn't the right place either. A new account would need an email or github account but I'm not sure how to get that administered.

Looks like https://wiki.mozilla.org/BMO/Bot_Registry suggests that @mozilla.bugs is a decent place to send mail?
ni?emceeaich Are there best practices for making a new BMO account for a bot?
@mozilla.bugs doesn't get emails sent to it, but we can create an account for you at something like telemetry-probes@mozilla.bugs and you can log in and configure it with an API key.

That sounds good to me. telemetry-probes@mozilla.bugs works for me

Should we move this bug somewhere else for tracking?
Yeah, this is a bmo::admin-y sort of thing. Moving it there.
User created. LMK if you have issues.
