From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417 BuildID: 0220041711 After visiting Yahoo Mail with any Mozilla browser window or tab, visits to Java Script-enabled sites such as games sites (popcap.com) or even Dilbert (dilbert.com) fail to load properly. For Dilbert, images do not load, including the daily strip! After closing all Mozilla windows and restarting, everything works fine. This may be only Windows XP, since I have seen no problems on my Windows 98 machine at work also running Mozilla. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Yahoo Mail and read your mail. (Need to go past the login screen.) 2. Go to dilbert.com or other Java-containing sites. Actual Results: For Dilbert.com, most images are broken-image links and daily strip is a text-only link. other sites have other errors. Expected Results: Pages should always load properly no matter what sites are visited in what order.
WFM - trunk build 2002081409 - WinXP. Reporter : 1) download a stable release of Mozilla. 1.0 is out for 2 months or so 2) make a clean install of Mozilla 1.0 Is this bug still alive or not ?
Did clean install of build 2002050312 and behavior has dissappeared. I'll keep using it in ways that showed problems before, and if nothing goes wrong in a week, I'll consider it a problem from installing over older releases.
Working with none of the old behavior. Chalking it up to installing over old pre-FC releases.
