Steps to reproduce:
I have gmail account and i can't sending msg cause program show me issue with smtp server but configuration is correct.
Actual results:
I get a window with this text from added file.
"Sending message failed.
The message could not be sent because the connection to the outgoing mail (SMTP) smtp.gmail.com server has timed out. Please try again or contact your network administrator."
Expected results:
Hope u will help me to fix this

That error means that this is not a problem in Thunderbird code. We cannot fix your internet connection. Please ask in a support forum.
