new filter not shown if created after deleting a filter build: 0814 branch Platform: observed on windows XP and macosx steps: 1. Go to Tools|Message Filters 2. Create a filter 3. Delete the filter in step 2 4. Create another filter 5. The filter created in step 4 is not shown in the Message Filter window. 6. Dismiss the Msg filter window and open it again. 7. Now you'll see the filter displayed.

This also happens if you've disabled a filter in one account then add a new filter in another account.
