Steps to reproduce:
Login on www.website.com
Add items to cart
Verify car count greater than 0
Refresh page
Actual results:
Cart count reset to 0
Expected results:
car count should not reset

I could not reproduce the issue since www.website.com is under construction (please, refer to attached screenshot for more details)

You can also try testing if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:

Or you can also download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ , to see if the issue still occurs there as well.
If after doing this you can still reproduce the bug, would you send a screenshot or a video of the bug?

Dear reporter, I tried to register a new account and log in then I realized website.com is a webapp to help create own websites. In which I didn't realize where the "cart" in your comment 0 is. It's appreciated that when you have a chance you can get back to us with clarification. Thank you.
Speaking with refreshing a page and something missing, I guess "Firefox: Session Restore" is a better component to try.
