Steps to reproduce:
Opened Firefox from Mac dock. Opened Firefox windows from e-mail links.
Running Firefox 74.0.1 on OS X Catalina 10.15.4
Actual results:
No app menus appear; Forward/Back button hover tooltips are missing. Keyboard shortcuts such as Cmd-D and Cmd-W won't work. Right-click context menu is unreadable - displays missing text items.
Expected results:
Firefox app and context menus should always be visible. Keyboard shortcuts should function.

It seems that this issue is already being investigated in Bug 1603956
