The defaultMailClient field shows up as missing column for telemetry.core in the missing columns dashboard

Opened this for settings, I don't think it's supposed to be in the core ping: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/issues/6502

We can reopen if the settings fields need to be included.
