I just burned a good hour in bug 1627256 trying to figure out why there were no logs for the requests that the host made.

Turns out, the host's timezone is PST, and the logging is using that timezone by default.

Can we set host timezones to UTC as a rule? All of the cloud hosts do so..

I'm guessing this would be a ronin-puppet patch for the mac signers, though I think we want the other macs on UTC as well.
