User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:75.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/75.0
Steps to reproduce:
When Firefox v75.0 was installed I noticed that the browser language had changed from being pure English to being a mix of Swedish and English.
Actual results:
Before updating all menus etc. was written in English, now they are a mix of Swedish and English. This has at least affected some menu items, some preference buttons (see next paragraph), the "shield" information in the URL bar and those permission "notifications". (When scrolling down on this bug submission page I also noticed that the "Attach a file" input is in Swedish: Bläddra...
"Ingen fil är vald.")
Note, it isn't only Swedish, it is a mix. As an example, under Preferences > General > Language and Appearance > Language > Set Alternatives...
the bottom row of buttons are in Swedish ("Hjälp", "Avbryt") but if I close the popup and select Swedish instead of English in the dropdown and "Apply and Restart", all buttons in the popup is in Swedish ("Move down" -> "Flytta ned").
I should also note that my computer (Macbook with macOS 10.13.6) is set to use English as the primary language and Swedish as secondary, I'm guessing that this is where Firefox got the settings from. (I also can't remove Swedish from the "Set Alternatives..." popup)
Expected results:
The browser language should've continued being pure English, as it was before updating, or it should at least be possible to change back to English.

Can you take a look at bug 1628069. There's a similar conversation happening there.
