This patch seems to have deleted the third_party/rust/nom/.travis.yml
file. Do you know why that happened? Did you use ./mach vendor rust
to do the vendoring of stuff?

Ok, I suspect it might be different cargo versions or local env settings that might be putting that file in or taking it out. On my local macOS machine when I run ./mach vendor rust
it doesn't re-add the file either. I haven't tried in other environments yet.
