Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a conference meeting on meet.google.com
  2. Open an other tab and browse to a website that uses client certificate
  3. Firefox opens a dialog to either select a certificate and/or to input the PIN of the smartcard containing the key

Actual results:

When the dialog is open, the sound of the meeting is paused/gone, closing the dialog restores the sound and everything is back to normal

Expected results:

The sound is uninterrupted and that dialog has now impact on anything

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.

This is a consequence of the client auth selection dialog blocking the socket thread.
