Steps to reproduce:

I attempted to use personalized icons for my favorites by using a local file on my computer. Under EDIT, select "Use a custom image...", then add a local image location. i.e. file:///Users/ll/Downloads/pandora-icon.png

Actual results:

The response is is an error stating "Valid URL required"

Expected results:

Please adjust the input requirements for the Favicon custom image field to include local image files and not just external URL's.
