We will potentially want to ship WebRender to more users in 77, specifically those on laptops with Win10, Nvidia GPUs, Medium screens (<= 3440x1440) and large screens (> 3440x1440)
This has been on in nightly since 75 bug 1615015
Note: we may decide to push this to 78 if we are dealing with too many fallout bugs from our targets in 75 and 76.

We want this to ride into 77. It's a very small population.
