Steps to reproduce
- Go to the log in page on Facebook.
- Open Find Toolbar and search for "log in" or "facebook".
Expected result
- All the entries are found.
Actual result
- In the blue header the words are not found.
Regression range
- I don't think this is a regression. I can reproduce the issue on a build from 2012-01-03.
Additional notes
- This issue is not reproducing on Chrome.
- This issue is not reproducing for other entries that are in the header. The issue is reproducing only for "log in" or "facebook".

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.
Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE
.
