Steps to reproduce:
Long story... The company I work for has switched mail provider from gmail to office365, this was years ago and has works fine. Today I wanted to remove a password using Preferences / Security / Passwords / Saved Passwords... I noticed several lines with the name of my company and I removed them all and then restarted Thunderbird. After restart, I was queried abut the password for my work account at office365. I entered it and fetching of mail worked fine.
Actual results:
When I again entered the Saved Passwords... dialog, there was a new entry displayed for the work account but the site information showed imap://imap.gmail.com!!
I repeated the procedure several times with the same result.
Expected results:
Site should have been displayed as imap://mail.office365.com
Just noticed that in the settings of the work account, the "Local directory" box shows:
/home/....../.thunderbird/t1kbyows.default/ImapMail/imap.gmail.com
Maybe it would have been better to create a new account instead of changing the existing one but that would have broken the inbox history.

I think it's showing the account name (not the imap: url you say).... If want to change the account name.
