Steps to reproduce:

I have a Firefox Account set to sync Preferences of my main Firefox profile. I created a new profile, logged in with my account and set up sync.

Actual results:

Extensions are synced but not their state of being allowed to run in private windows. They all default to Don't Allow.

Expected results:

The extension parameter Run in Private Windows should sync the Allow/Don't Allow state.

Yeah, AFAICT, we don't sync any extension permissions, including the private browsing one. I think we'll need to change the add-ons engine to do this; the extension can't use storage.sync for this, since it's an internal permission that it doesn't control.
