Steps to reproduce:
I click on a link ( https://ddl.pikariteshima.com/Animes/Days%20Touin%20Gakuen-sen%21/%5BPikari-Teshima%5D%20Days%20%28TV%29%20Touin%20Gakuen-sen%21%20-%2002%20VOSTFR%20DVD.mp4 ) to download a MP4 video and the name in download window is not fully parsed.

Expected results:
Firefox parse badly the following header:
content-disposition: attachment; filename=[Pikari-Teshima] Days (TV) Touin Gakuen-sen! - 02 VOSTFR DVD.mp4
