Steps to reproduce:

I was setting up several items in local storage. This worked fine initially, but with not very many tabs open, the browser became very sluggish and eventually crashed.

Actual results:

After the crash, I reopened FF expecting to see the items in local storage, but they had all disappeared. Efforts to restore them failed. FF does not let me use local storage now. Very frustrating.

Expected results:

I expected to see the previously successfully set items in local storage, or at least to be able to restore them with the same JS code.

Problem solved.
