The windows install wizard needs to be in the daily builds and delivered
(tracking bug).  I believe this may be the case for the Commercial build, but
we need a version packaged for mozilla, too, to get some testing on it.

(And also to annoy people with SmartDownload enough that someone is motivated
to replace it with something open source)

it would be cool to be be using the installers in regular mozilla builds
but doesn't stop or inhibit engineers from getting the builds and
running them as dogfood...

Ok, the installer is being used every day that it works for commercial testing.
QA isn't testing mozilla builds directly, but i am posting the mozilla-only
installer exe on ftp.mozilla.org every day as well. I'm sure we'll get feedback
=)
