Steps to reproduce:

Highlight an email in an outlook.com account and press DELETE.

Actual results:

Nothing happens, email is not deleted. In the status bar, bottom left corner, the attached error occurs.

Expected results:

Email was deleted

Looks like a bug in the Owl add-on. There's no gDispatchListeners.get at all in the Thunderbird code.

OTOH, there's no need to use the add-on to access your outlook.com emails. Normal IMAP will work just fine.

Confirmed, this is Owl.
This seems to be a very rare issue. We think it's triggered by a Thunderbird update, and the Owl addon reload having a hiccup.
This should be a transient error that should normally go away after you restart Thunderbird.
