1630028 - "Community Hub" is a bit lost

Attachment: Community Hub location, both existing and recomended.

Further to the responsive redesign, the link for the community hub at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/community has been attached to Contributor Tools> Discussions

Instead of being linked to the word "Discussions", this really useful page would be more useful and easier to find if it was a separate "Community Hub" item listed "New Contributors". (See attached screenshot.)

We've fixed this on staging and hope to deploy the fix to production on Monday.
